Rates
$175 per 60-minute individual session
$220 per 55- minute couples/family session
Insurance
I do not participate as a contracted provider on any insurance panels, or with Medicare or Medicaid. Services rendered may be reimbursable through “out of network” benefits, depending on your plan and insurance provider . Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay an $85 fee for individual session cancellation or a $130 fee for couples/family session cancellation.
